Bilingualism and the Leadership Race

This almost seems like a hit-piece against some of the contenders in the leadership race, but it’s hard to deny that it’s extremely important for the party’s next leader to be as bilingual as possible. I don’t think a candidate’s ability to speak french (or I guess English in Dion’s case) will be a deciding factor for me, but if they are unable to communicate in french, there’s no way they should be leader of the party (I’m talking to you, Hedy).
